Event Services / Support offered by our team Travis County REACT can provide trained radio communicators and assistance in running your event. We have members trained to coordinate large parking lots to help keep everyone moving and pack the most vehicles into the least amount of space without letting them block others. We know how to keep the traffic moving and watch out for potential problems before they happen. Coordinating the event, watching for lost children or abandoned pets in their vehicles, etc, are activities that we handle easily. There is NEVER a "charge" for our services; rather, we may ask for a donation to our Team. If you are a 501(c)(3) group having an event that is FREE to the public, we never ask for a donation. If YOU charge the public admission, then we do request a donation. We can usually provide some radio equipment for staff members, but there may be a minimal rental charge per radio per day. For best chances of our accepting your request for help, we suggest that you give us a minimum of SIX (6) months advance notice of your event to give us time to make plans for helping you.
