| New Team Charter Application Kit for Texas Teams. This is the actual charter application form to be used by persons wishing to apply for a team charter. It must be sent back to the council after completion for approval before being forwarded to REACT International. Feel free to contact any council officer for assistance and further instructions on forming your new team. It is the council's policy to approve only one team per local area, although charters are not granted by REACT International awarding specfic or exclusive geographic coverages. This policy is intended to prevent or reduce conflicts between teams when trying to operate in close proximity to each other and in cooperation with the same local disaster or law enforcement agencies. | Download (78k size) |
| K40 Award Form & Instructions. Nominate your team, council, or another REACT member for this award. Quarterly winners for Team and Member, Annual winners for Team, Member and Council categories. Winners get plaque and check, amount depending upon their category. Annual winners get reimbursed limited travel expenses, hotel expenses and registration to the annual convention. | Form to request copy of REACT Liability Insurance certificate of coverage. (for REACT Team use only). REACT Teams are covered by REACT International's umbrella liablity insurance policy. If you have an event coming up where the sponsor wants proof of your insurance, if you are sponsoring an event, or if you want to use someone's facility and they require this proof, download this form and fax it to the number shown on the form, or mail it to the address shown.
